Sleep is one of the biggest worries for parents, whether your baby is 6 weeks, 6 months or 6 years, I can help. I offer calm, realistic support around sleep and routines that respect your baby’s development and your parenting style.
This includes:
Age-appropriate sleep support, from night or early waking, difficulty settling, and short naps, to weaning off night feeds
Gentle routines that bring structure without rigidity
Understanding normal baby sleep (and what’s not a problem)
A holistic approach that draws on elements of nutrition, routines, bond building and more.

What’s included:
15 minute Initial consultation to discuss your concerns and take a full history
Detailed assessment through a sleep diary and questionnaire
45 minute sleep call to discuss your personalised sleep plan
Personalised sleep plan sent to you after the call
15 minute follow up call to troubleshoot any issues
This package is aimed at babies, toddlers and children who are unable to settle to sleep at night unaided or who have multiple sleep issues such as night waking, settling to sleep and nap issues.
Newborn Sleep
£195
This package is aimed at babies of 0-5 months to set up good sleep foundations and troubleshoot any issues impacting sleep.

Sweet Dreams (6m+)
£125
This is for babies, toddlers and children who can self settle to sleep at bedtime but have a single issue that needs tackling, such as early waking, dropping night feeds or naps.
What’s included:
15 minute initial consultation to discuss your concerns and take a full history
Detailed assessment through a sleep diary and questionnaire
30 minute call to discuss your sleep plan
Email detailing relevant techniques
