Feeding support and unsettled babies

How I can help

Unsettled babies & feeding support

Support you can feel, expertise you can trust.

If your baby is unsettled, uncomfortable, or feeding doesn’t feel right, I can help you understand what’s going on and what to do next. I support families with:

  • Colic, reflux, and excessive crying

  • Suspected allergies or feeding sensitivities

  • Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combination feeding

  • Bottle refusal or introducing a bottle

You’ll leave feeling reassured, informed, and clear on what to do next, without pressure or judgement.
