I’m a registered midwife with over 12 years’ experience, a former lead in reproductive health and childbirth research, and a mum of three boys, so I get the science and (perhaps more importantly) the reality of early parenthood.
Alongside my clinical work, I spent five years leading research in maternal health, I sit on the editorial advisory board for The Practising Midwife, and I’m a medical advisory board member for Emma’s Diary. I’ve also completed extensive additional training in feeding (breast, bottle and weaning), baby and child sleep, colic, reflux, and allergies as well as infant development and bonding.
What matters most, though, is how this expertise shows up for you.
